St. Lucia Day #12

Hello from Survivor St. Lucia!!! Life has been extremely difficult.
Thank
God the hospital sells beer wholesale to the volunteer doctors.
Without it,
I don't know if I'd still be alive. I have befriended a small gecko in
our
residence that has been kind enough to mutilate any cockroach that
dares set foot on the premises. The mosquito population has been kept at bay by the gecko, as well as the bats in our building. The bat population has been
kept in check by a very large hawk that circles the compound every day,
promptly, at
6:15pm.
For those of you wondering, I recently made the switch to boxer briefs and I am very happy. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. We fell asleep on the
beach at noon the other day. For those of you that have been to the
Caribbean, you know that the sun is intense and our sunburn pain scale
hit 9 out of 10 for the first time.
We are going to Ladera resort this
weekend for some rest and relaxation. I found a USB cable, so hopefully some
pictures will follow next week.
