I can't believe I'm writing this blog while it's 57 degrees out! Holy cats! Don't cry for me though, I'll be heading outdoors soon.

This past week is kind of a blur. I've been trying to think of something notable to say about it for a few minutes, and nothing comes to mind. So, I'll just fast forward to the weekend.

Friday, Rebecca, Holly and I went to Karma for a bit. There wasn't much doin' there, so we went to Mex, where we met up with Mike and Pat. I was having a I-know-you're-a-stranger-but-I'm-going-to-talk-your-ear-off night. I couldn't stop. At one point, I think I was in danger of talking my face off. It was a good time.

Last night, we went to a party at our friend JD's house. I'm not going to lie to you. I thought it was going to be a bust. Something about a bunch of medical students in one room sounds really boring to me. But, it was quite fun, actually. I felt a little shy at first, but once people started doing keg stands, I loosened up. Not enough to do a keg stand, but you get the picture. I drank a lot of beer. My goal was to drink so much that I ate one of the mini corned beef sandwiches that JD had prepared. Unfortunately, I did not "meat" my goal.

Let me tell you though, med students DO know how to party, and Pat and I are kicking ourselves for not bringing our camera. There were a lot of good tunes, funny conversations (one in particular about Freedom Fries), a lot of ladies dancing, and I even did a one-armed pushup - I think. The details are a bit of a blur.

Okay, enough of the small talk, people. I've got to get outside and enjoy this fine day.
